Free Shipping
Free Ground Shipping on all U.S. orders over $60.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 8 AM PST are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 8 AM PST ship the following business day.
Friday orders ship on Monday.
Weekend orders (Fri–Sun) require additional processing time.
Please note: Shipping duration depends on the method chosen at checkout. During busy periods or holidays, slight delays may occur, but we always aim to fulfill orders quickly and efficiently.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship via USPS for domestic orders and UPS/DHL for international deliveries.
USPS business days: Monday–Saturday.
UPS/DHL international business days: Monday–Friday.
Delivery Times
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Free Shipping (USPS First Class or Priority Mail): 2–8 business days.
Priority Mail: Typically arrives within 2–4 days.
International Shipping: Usually delivered within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Please remember, USPS and international delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking & Carrier Support
Due to high mail volumes, USPS or international carriers may experience tracking delays. Updates often appear only when packages reach local sorting centers.

International Shipping Policy
We now ship to select international destinations!
International orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, or USPS International.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Certain regions may have import restrictions on hemp-derived or CBD products. It’s your responsibility to verify local laws before ordering.
Delivery times vary between 7–21 business days.
If your country isn’t listed during checkout, contact our support team to confirm if we can ship to your location.
Back Orders
If an item from your order becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect:
Take clear photos of the affected products.
Email them to sales@dabgonation.com within 48 hours, including a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review and assist with a prompt resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
All shipments include tracking. Once marked “Delivered” by USPS, UPS, or DHL, Rocket Gummy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
For missing deliveries, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
We cannot modify addresses once an order has been placed. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are non-refundable.
